Paddle is one of the important spare part of mixer
Features
Stainless steel can be divided into disc paddle and three paddles according to the raw material.
Paddle is driven by motor through triangle adhesion tape. Material moves along pot wall along with up and down circle turning with clock-wise turning of paddle. Processed guide plate makes better mixing effect. Because of high-speed operation of material, there is large grinding heat between pellets and between pellets and paddles. The rapid growing temperature of material not only reduces heat quantity of pot wall, but also makes for better absorption of plasticiser by resin. The paddle is made of stainless steel.
